Pro audio products at marketable prices demand economical manufacturing methods. To meet this requirement Pulsar™ Technologies depends on highly developed logistics and on the intelligent networking of all those involved. Continuous optimization of the workflows and investment in state-of-the-art production technologies also make their contribution. The declared goal of Pulsar™ Technologies is to further develop its competence in the production of pro audio products and thus to ensure a long-term technological edge and continued outstanding quality.

A high-end audio cable must balance resistance, capacitance, inductance, conductance, velocity of propagation, RF radiation and absorption, mechanical resonance, strand interaction, hysteresis, high filtering, wavy serial impedance and reflections, electrical resonance, dissipation factors, envelope delay, phase distortion, harmonic distortion, piezoelectric effects, hall effect, field effect, voltage and current tracking, thermoelectric phenomenon effects, structural return loss, skin effect, corrosion, cross-talk, bridge-tap and the interaction of these and a hundred other things. As a high-end cable manufacturer, Pulsar Technologies intends to address every detail of cable and conductor construction. Ordinary Cables are di-pole antennas, both radiating and absorbing RFI/EMI, which sustains system resonance. Pulsar cable design incorporates multiple wire networks shield construction in its manufacture, which reverses every other stranding layer to defuse the di-pole effect. Cable resonance is further reduced through the use of ultra pure, oxygen free copper. It has proven to be the best conductor for the audio signal. The special compound PVC outer jacket remains pliant at extremely low temperatures with no wait between cold shipping and installation.

Recent years have seen ferment in every area of high-end audio. The best designs all share a good ratio of conductor resistance to cable capacitance, conductor inductance to cable capacitance and low electro-mechanical resonance. Symmetry, balance, mechanical stability and quality of materials are features that differentiate today's leading cable manufactures. Designs that do not incorporate these aspects, don't last.

Pulsar Presents:

Riotgun

"Punk Rock originally meant doing things your own way! And doing it their own way is what Southern California’s own working class heroes’ “riotgun.” truly does. Their brash sound incorporates elements of Old School Streetpunk, with the harsh reality that is Hardcore, the ultra-cool riffing of classic Surf Rock, while throwing in ample doses of British influenced “Oi!” to create a unique sound that is entirely their own. Originally banded together in 93, these lads sought to create a sound that was both deafening and far from the norm.."

"I recently had the fortunate event of trying one of your mic cables during a recording session. Bravo. It was easily if not better than the Monster cable I generally use and I would compare it to my Mogami cables. - Larry Lugz - Lead Vocal, Guitar"
