Your bra size is made up of 2 parts. Your FRAME SIZE (32, 34, 36,etc.) and your CUP SIZE (A, B, C, D, etc.)
1) Put on your best fitting unpadded bra. Measure tightly around the body, directly under the bust, making sure the tape is straight across the back.
- If the measurement is an odd number, add 5 inches
- If the measurement is an even number, add 6 inches
This is your FRAME SIZE.
2) Measure directly across the fullest part of the bust with your arms at your sides and standing straight. Make sure the tape is straight. Subtract your Frame Size from this measurement.
The difference is your CUP SIZE.
