Shipping Services

1. Postal Service: We use postal service for light and small items or for customers who live outside of

America

2. UPS Ground Shipping: Generally items under 150lbs will be packaged specially for Ground Shipping. Following is the transit time for your reference.

1) Delivery right to your doorstep

2) If you are not present for receiving this package, drivers will leave a note on your door and indicate the date and the time for next attempt or the item may be left on your doorstep unless otherwise specified.

3. Curbside Delivery: For items that are heavier than 150lbs or too bulky to ship Ground Shipping, Curbside Delivery is the preferred method. Typically, this method includes one or more pieces shipped on a pallet by freight truck. The item will be dropped off curbside, and we ask the customer to make arrangements to carry the item inside.

1) Delivery to the back of the Truck only.

2) Items that are too heavy for one person to carry REQUIRE arranged assistance.

3) Curbside Delivery does not include assisted carry-in service.

4) Signature required upon delivery.

Important! It is our customers' responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon the delivery being made. Please make a note on the delivery slip when damage is found and please contact us at 1-888-676-6768 or e-mail us immediately at customer_service@mpodesigns.com to report the damage.

4. Inside Delivery: Items carrying this shipping service will be delivered to your home and placed in the First Dry Area or Garage only. This service is used for larger items that generally do not require assembly.

1) Assembly not included.

2) Removal of packaging material not included

3) Signature required upon delivery.

5. White Glove Delivery : Items carrying this shipping service will be delivered to your home. Services include:

1) Two flights of stairs

2) Unpacking, debris removal

3) Light assembly, limited to 30 minutes

4) Signature required upon delivery.

6. Dropship: Dropship delivery is a 3rd party controlled shipping method where your order shipping is arranged by a manufacturer or other provider. Dropship delivery may require additional time for shipping information to be readily available.

1) Dropship includes Ground Shipping and Curbside Delivery. The appropriate method will be selected based on the item that was purchased.

2) These items are delivered from manufacturing hubs most local to your destination address, saving days of transit time.

3) Signature may be required upon delivery.

7. Local Pickup: We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our warehouse. Local Pickup waives the shipping fee when the order is placed through our web store: www.mpodesigns.com

1) No shipping fees! ( For items provide free shipping, you will get 10% discount of the total amount of Invoices)

2) May require a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse.

3) Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee.
